Brandon was not very cordial, he acted as if he didn't care.I walked back near the service area and saw my car up on the lift after more than 2 hours with no one work6on it and asked someone why ? He came back and said they rotated the tires and it just needs oil change. It took almost 3 hours before I got my car. Brandon told me it needed brakes and I told him I would never go back to JM Lexus and he never asked why, you use to run a very efficient and friendly operation but not anymore. A few people have told me it is nit what it use to be.i will not return again.

I have been very upset after the Bob Baker fiasco years ago and how it affected the quality of service in El Cajon. It’s taken a long time to put trust back into the people at the desk there in El Cajon. Jennifer has the Bob Baker slogan in mind, “Where It’s so nice to be nice”. I appreciated her quick and thoughtful insight to save me money on my service. That’s the Bob Baker service model. Keep it up.

I arrived at 9:20 for a 9:30 appt. I was called an hour later to the desk, many others arriving after me were called first. I was there approx 3 hours when I finally went down to service and said I wanted my car- whether it was finished or not. I think 3 hours for a scheduled oil change was enough. The car was returned to me- I paid $200 and left with a dirty, unwashed vehicle. Definitely not the same JM Lexus I was used to when I lived in Fl. You can do better. Kristine T
