The Service manager was exceptionally professional, kept me updated with the status of the repairs that were being done, however, when I picked up the vehicle I was disappointed with the fact that the vehicle was delivered to me with water and bird poop on the roof , hood and front fenders.

I initially told him I was having an intermittent air conditioner problem for the past 6 weeks and was soon leaving the area for 5 mos. He went out to my car and tried it and said it was fine and needed no further investigation but if I persisted I would have to pay all costs which could be extensive. I asked if he was thinking I was lying to him or making it up. He said “No” but no further investigation was necessary. I was disappointed. He then said a “low battery” might be the problem and he could check that. I said “fine” but I wound my initial complaint be a matter of record. He said it would be. 1 1/2 hr. later he said “they” had found the problem, had to order parts and that I would need a “loaner”. I said fine and we proceeded.
He didn’t mention how or why “further testing” was done or who advised him it should be done. It was not his initial information to me which was quite depressing. It does let him know that he does not “know it all” and the customer is sometimes right. I’m glad that he did get further expertise.
