Elda is awesome! She even contacted me on her day off to see if I got my car back and if everything was okay. I told her I hadn't heard anything from Alejo who I was supposed to hear from. I even left two messages for Alejo and never heard from him. Elda checked on my car's status the following morning when she was back at work and notified me when my car was ready for pickup. Great customer service and follow-up!

Everything was fine. My service advisor was great. But after spending over $100,000 for a car and not even getting a car wash before I picked it up was very disappointing. I left with a dirty car. I’ve been a customer since 1994 only owned Lexus‘s since and always had my car washed before before I picked it up. I did call and say something to my Service advisor and he apologized, but it still pisses me off.
