Got call to pick up on 2:30 and was at cashier on 3:00 PM After payment wait more then an hour for key, didn't got it, on my demand lady went to check coming back announced your car is on parking lot. I’ve found the car on reception line, with running engine. The fuse for windshield sprinkle motor was not replaced in spite of laboring charge $75.36. The new mileage sticker is without mile limits.

On April 19 I took my ES 350 for service
Ryan Chasteen was the person that help me
At this time. At the time of my visit Ryan advised
That apart from my oil change I will need a tire rotation
I explained that one of my rear tires was just replaced
Back on November, I mentioned that I was not sure
How my car will ride with newer tire in front
He advised to still have the tire rotate. I was charged
Total of $189 for both service oil and tire rotation.
I have no problem paying for something that gets
Done, if I did not check my tires on Sunday
I would pay for a service that was completed
I’m a bit disappointed because this could be

I contacted Ryan on Easter Sunday
But I believe he was off , few days to get my back
I feel care should inspected before the leave the
Lot now this only is going to make me check
Everything before a leave the dealer
I don’t feel that can trust the service a JM Lexus

Our 2010 es350 was brought in for service on a Saturday. Jesse contacted us Saturday afternoon that the service was complete. When we arrived an hour later the vehicle was still being worked on. We assured Jesse we were in no hurry, that we wanted it done right. Forty minutes later we were given the car. The new gas cap the mechanic said was needed hadn’t been put on so Jesse went and got the part and put it on himself. Driving home I heard a rattling. I pulled over and lifted the hood to find a large cover bolt laying in the windshield reservoir. We returned the car and requested it be throughly looked over. Jesse recommended we leave the car till Monday so the service mngr could go over the work done on Saturday. We are grateful to Jesse for reassuring us that Lexus Escondido is committed to doing what is needed to maintain the confidence in taking our vehicle to Lexus Escondido.
