A service person came to me as I arrived, we took care of paper work, I went inside and waited about 15 minutes. I received a little training on my loner car and off I went. That afternoon I receives a call that my car was ready, I was very surprised it was ready so quickly! I went inside and waited about 10 minutes and my car was ready! Cleaned and gassed up!!
Which I really appreciated!

Did not do this services too, the car is only 1year 10months, travels 5x a week 16miles a day odo is 25090 upon service. Car almost new,Do I really need to do this service? I think something is funny wrong, not with my car though. The first service consultant when I first came no complaints coz he was straight up no funny biz, sorry about the second coz even his pricing is funny. You guys can check it out with other Lexus service center. Thank you

I wanted to come to the dealership to have this looked at because I knew that's where the experts are. But, I kind of shy away because it seems a little expensive to go to the dealership.
