Anthony Lee is an exceptional service advisor! This is the second time we have had him and he is amazing! However, all we had done was an oil change and it took 3 hours and 45 minutes. We feel that is too long for an oil change. Our time is valuable and we felt that this just took too long.

I arrived before my appointment at 8:00. Everything went fine. I went across the street to do some shopping. When I was walking back at 8:45 I saw my car being parked out front. I figured I’d get a text soon saying it was done. However, that didn’t happen. Shortly after 9:00 I asked the Cashier the status and was told it wasn’t done. At 9:25 I saw Anthony at his desk and asked my status. I was told that it just got finished. Of course when I went out to get the car it hadn’t moved from where it was parked 45 minutes ago. You can’t tout “under 58 minutes” everywhere and pull that stuff. As an added bonus, after waiting a hour and a half, the car wasn’t washed! All small things in the grand scheme, but not what I expect from Lexus.
