We had scheduled the 50k mile service for a 8:15 drop off. My car wasn’t ready until 4pm. I ultimately had to call at 3pm, which at that time there was still no update. Without our car, we were unable to do other plans or errands on our Saturday. It seems unreasonable to take 7 hours to perform a standard service, especially when we had a confirmed appointment, guaranteeing the work and time for that day.

The communication was abysmal. I was sent a text message with prices for additional services without any explanation. When I tried to call the agent, he wasn't available to discuss it with me and never called me back to discuss. He merely said the car was ready for pickup.
