The time set up was not the time sent in a Lexus appt notification. When the technician sent the video of the service completed, it was someone else's vehicle. When we informed them at the service desk it was like it was no big deal. This dealership needs a lot of help to provide better customer service. I have not ever received adequate service.

Only thing that could’ve been better was if you had known my car was certified and no $ was due vs the 115 invoice I was presented.
