Brandon had a difficult getting the person to do something and th as t person came out to help he was obviously strapped for time to properly assist me
Did the best he could but was not able to finish the connection
He apologized but he was it seems way over extended
Now I have to return

My Husband was told over the phone that my battery was under warranty and the replacement was free of charges. However, when he gets there they told him that he is required to have a diagnostic test completed which he agreed to. After that was completed, now came the charge for the battery because it was 3 months past the warranty date. Even though they had already looked at my history and made the decision that is was free of charge. I tried working with Jennifer about the terms of the warranty and where I could find the details, our conversation turned in the wrong direction. Sad face...
