I waited 3 hours for my services. Had an appointment at 2:30 but did not leave until 5:30. I told the girl clearly I was waiting there well I must’ve stepped to the restroom while she came to “look for me” because at 5:30 she finally came back up to me. One text was sent saying to allow “15 minutes to do paperwork” but no messages followed after and no one came to “look for me waiting in the lobby” nothing. Then the girl at the checkout counter was assisting the lady In front of me. When I finally walked up she did not greet me did not say “give me a second to wrap up this paperwork from the guest in front of you” nothing was said to me so I’m looking at her and finally ask “do I give you this receipt” to which she snapped and said “one second”. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.

The guy that checked in my car outside was rude and abrasive. I always feel like I wait outside for anyone to acknowledge me for a long period of time. Vince was kind and helpful with setting up the service in his office. I appreciate being able to use a loaner car. When I picked up my car I noticed a chip in my windshield so I went back inside to talk to Vince and he reviewed video footage that did not show the chip but said the service supervisor Craig would review the HD footage from between the yellow poles and that Craig would call me but I still haven’t heard anything.

I had to ask why my car was still sitting there with the hazard lights on. It was 58 minutes after I got the notice it would be an hour for the repair and free wash. Robert then went back and got the crew to fix the tire which took 10 minutes. No wash, I said I didn’t have time to wait since I was on vacation and my wife was waiting for me to return.
