I brought my car in for an ongoing problem with the coolant sensor which was covered under warranty originally. Problem continued after warranty and was told I had to pay out of pocket a $325 diagnostic fee. I did and nothing was fixed except being told that I needed to have something replaced costing me $2272.84 when I brought my car in many times while under warranty that wasn’t fixed. In addition I was told my car needed $10,644.72 in repairs on a 5 year old car! The blue book on my car is only $10K!! All Arrowhead cares about is making money and not about customer care. I’m go back to Mercedes. So incredibly disappointed. And 5 minutes after I drove away the low coolent light came on reminding me I paid $325 for Arrowhead to tell me that I needed over $10K in repairs. Sad. The service person was very factual about cost and charges to me and did not care about customer service just about racking up the bill.
