I had an appointment and arrived at 8:40. I didn’t leave until 10:55 or maybe even closer to 11. It was time stamped on the inspection that they looked at my vehicle at 10:07. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous that it took that long.

The service itself isn’t at issue nor is any interaction with Natalee a reason for my dissatisfaction. All of that was fine. The issue is the amount of time it took for completion of the services. I was quoted a wait of 1.5 hours but the actual time was 2.5. Had I known from the beginning that it would be that long, I would have chosen to spend the time elsewhere rather than waiting in the service area.
