Darron is always very courteous and Genuinely concerned about my issues with my car. It is always a good experience bringing my car to Toyota of Hemet.

Poor service had to wait by my car as the two female employees took care of three customers who were after my car!!!! I'm standing there. First car in line and both wait on other cars in line behind me !! And I had an appointment!! No one even talked to me. I finally complained to Darron Guy (??). Service manager. He said. Sorry. When my Camry was done later. The cashiers Debit machine didn't work. Then I finally get my car. No car wash. My car still dirty. An employee said sorry car wash not working. Wow. To say I'm unhappy with Gosch is an understatement. Two other customers waiting complained about other customers went wrongly ahead of them. Very poor
