I don't like someone that is not a Certified mechanic advising me what is wrong with my car while I amat the drive-up window upon my arrival. He didn't have a clear understanding of why I was there, but yet he was telling me what was wrong with my car. This was not David. However, David should be sure that he clearly understands what I am communicating to him.

My car was finished and out of the shop but nobody notified me in the waiting area. After an hour I found the car out in the lot and went to the cashier and my ticket was there. Also there was a middle rating on my battery but it is the highest grade Toyota battery only around 2 years old. Also my exhaust system was in the middle yellow rating but nobody explained why.

The past two times I have come in for an oil change (only) it has taken 50-65 minutes. I was hoping a midday appointment would be faster when I scheduled at 1:15. The staff has always been friendly, I have no other issues and have otherwise been extremely satisfied with Anderson Weber.
