Yesterday was a joke. Brought it in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told of a recall needed information screen up date. Was told could be up to 2 hours 3 hours latter Was sent home no oil change or tire rotation. Did meet a nice young salesman said he only been there 3 weeks ask me could do anything for me. Tonight had a great service writer.

While I understand the efficiency of your electronic system for detailing work recommended for my car, I would have liked to receive some better interaction and information. I never received an estimated timeframe for completion of the work to be performed until I called to inquire about it after waiting over an hour and a half. I find this unacceptable.
