I’m not satisfied with my answer I got the other day. Apparently the guy test driving can’t hear the sound that is obviously there. I feel like Kia has always taken care of us, but not now. I need a second opinion. The same guy test drove my car both times and did not take it past the dealership. The noise is not normal and id like a manager to take a look.

No one ever answered the phone no matter what time I called. I would have to call 4 times in one day just to talk to someone once. Just overall poor customer service. I think the service department needs to hire more people.
