I very much appreciated the care and consideration given to the service of my vehicle. Each time I have come in to have it serviced I was greeted and kept informed of the progress of all proceedings. All the staff conducted themselves professionally and I have recommended West Hills to many people who have admired the Telluride.

Drove 3 hours to be told I was just outside my warranty and would be charged $600 for something I just had them replace a little over a year ago. When scheduled appointment asked if I was still covered under warranty and said they couldn't tell me until I came in with my vehicle. Will no longer be using your service.

The people are great but the cost to repair what seemed so small and took little time to do was way too expensive. Will got somewhere else next time for service. They have no discounts or anything to offer to knock off some of the pricing. additional fees and taxes were ridiculous. they caught me on a good day because I would have went somewhere else to get it fixed but didn't want to bother having to wait longer. Definitely won't be a next time

Every time I come in to the service department I feel that I receive bad customer service. I know that have to make Recommendations on things I should have done to my car, but this time as soon as I came in the guy said I see the last time you were here we recommend that you get brakes is that what you’re here for. I said no I made an appointment at 7:30 AM to have them figure out why the driver side headlight and the driver side brake light went out after it was just replaced in June. And to have the recall fixed on my car. He then proceeded to tell me that in order to figure out why my lights We’re out I would half to have a diagnostics ran on my car and that cost I think $139. I told him I didn’t have the money to pay that and he told me if the work was it done there is to protect her self. I understand that but I also told him that I had my lights replaced there and I’m sure he can see the computer. He then said he’ll have one of the little guys look to see my my lights went out. He also ignore the part that I said I was coming to have a recall fix and when I bring it up he said it’s no recall on your car. I told him when I called to make my appointment the lady I spoke with on The phone looked it up in the computer after I said I got an email about the recall and she confirmed that it was a recall on my car. He then decided to double check on the computer and saw it was a recall on my car I have no idea if the recall fixed. I receive no paperwork stating that my light was fixed or is it the recall fixed. Every time I come into the service department I have this kind of experience I’m starting to not want to come there to have work done on my car because the customer service and interaction ****. As I am thinking of getting another Kia I am now thinking I’m going to a different Kia dealership because I do not want to have to deal with this with another vehicle.
