After more than a month with repeat safety issue (airbag) rendering car unusable and three trips with assistance of second person to drop/pickup at dealer located opposite end of the county I am just preparing to pick up vehicle (hopefully fixed this time) for the third time. Labor charge was waived this final time but the costs of car rental for aonth, the extra trips in time and gas, and favors for rides across the county made this repair experience inconvenient, costly and frustrating. However, 5 stars for customer service from both service advisors I worked with.

Anthony had a very irritated and condescending attitude towards me. He couldn't explain to me what was wrong with the car when I asked him what a terminal was. We only unscrewed a few bolts to get the battery out to test it at auto zone and they told me after charging it over night that it wasn't folding a charge at all. Anthony said the terminal was broken but he "couldn't prove" that I did it so he'd have to fix it. Again, I didn't know what he meant and we didn't break anything. But he seemed to be looking for a way to make me pay. He also didn't request a part until later in the day so I had to use my son's car for 3 days for a battery check. I'll never go there again and told everyone Anthony was rude.
