I've had the pleasure of working with Mr.Mazzocco previously. He was professional and courteous. My only disappointment was that there was a recall on my car that I was never informed about and Kia did not have the replacement parts in stock. I was pleased with Anthony's experience and positive attitude.

Had a 9am appointment that I made well in advance. Waited 3 hrs for an oil change! Yes, I understand that there is no charge for this service..but if I have to wait that long then I will make it at another place and pay for one. It was only an oil change, routine maintenance. Only response from attendant was “it’s gunna be awhile” waste of a Saturday morning . Not happy.
