Took way too long. Franklin was very accommodating and had his assistant take me home and pick me back up. That was greatly appreciated. His assistant who drove me was also very nice and polite. It just took too darn long for regular maintenance; about 4 1/2 hrs.

Lennie was great. He should the Mark of a true professional. We purchased a new Telluride, our left rear window shattered with less than 150 miles on our new vehicle. I explained to Lennie that we were going on a long road trip and was planning to use the Telluride for the trip. We needed the vehicle window replaced within a week for the planned trip. Lennie went to work and had our vehicle repaired in time for our scheduled trip. Through Lennie’s efforts he made a customer of us , as long as we own a Telluride Lennie and Paso Kia we be our service and repair providers.
