I had a 830 am appointment, I got off work at 3:05 pm to go check on my car and it wasn’t ready. It shouldn’t take 7 hours to complete a oil change, tire rotation, and a alignment. Every time I make an appointment to get my car done it take way to long to have it done. What is the point of a appointment if it really doesn’t matter. Andy was fine and did his job well. It’s the mechanics that need to be held accountable

We used a coupon for an oil change and added a tire rotation
And signed for the maintenance cost and was charged something extra for some bogus shop parts…
It was the topical bait and switch
I guess you guys are trying to recover your Covid losses by hitting cash strapped customers with extra hidden fees.
My wife and I, mother in law and children have purchased over 15 vehicles from you and truly free like I was given a bate and switch… might have to start shopping around for a new Kia dealer to do oil changes.
This feels like a Yelp moment

Franklin was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my entire encounter, from dropping it off, to assisting me with payment, to picking it up and going over what was done to my vehicle and helping me get a new appt to have the mechanic look at my ac since he was unfortunately unavailable today. Issue caused by today’s service is not resolved, waiting on return call from service manager after follow-up with KIA.
1) navigation system is not updating clock by area time zone after new battery install.
2) UVO website & mobile app are not updating with services records as completed by the dealer; hasn’t updated since the 74k service.
