I let Jonathan know yesterday
My vehicle has to be returned auto breaking ldisabled light is still coming on
And the vehicle was scraped on the left front wheel rim.
Jonathan was told all the details yesterday when I returned ten minutes after picking up car yesterday.
I will let him know when I can bring the car in for service and repair for the scratches.He was going to let Mike thecsr Vice manager know what happened yesterday.

3hrs for an oil change is not acceptable! I've been to the Alhambra and cerritos service center and never waited that long. Was not satisfied with the wait time nor was I updated on my vehicle's status. I decided to go to this location since it's by my employer, however I missed an appointment due to the long wait.
