I recently came in for an oil change abs when he asked me if I needed anything else I said I was at 70000 he told me I should replace my engine filter and cabin filter this is not my first Kia I used to work for Kia handling the media fleets I always went to the Kia service in Clifton and fairlawn to maintain my cars I always trusted the service reps I recently moved to south Jersey and thought all records were the same down here but I pulled my book and I had the 60000 service when I was at 65000 miles and realized I was taken by adding the extra services that was recommended by the service rep. I should of probably took my book out if my car And check on my own but I always trusted my Kia dealer that is why I always go back . I just wanted to let you know my experience and with out trust I now know I need to look for another dealer. Linda D

Was going good up until now. The same issue just occurred. And now my car is doig the exact same thing. Where my steering wheel locks and my wheels will not turn. And I just got it back from you about 1 week ago. What can I do??

It was my first time bringing my Kia in for service. Just needed a key programmed. Set an early morning appt (7:40) so Service wouldn't be behind schedule. Arrived early (7:30). Told it would take 2 hours! (Too long) Took 2.5 hours. I was very late to work. Not happy nor inclined to come back.

We had an 8:15am appointment. We were at least 10 minutes. One of the employees walked past my vehicle in line and assisted the car behind mine. That was not appreciated. It appeared the Kia employee took another customer who was in line behind me and took them ahead of my vehicle. I sincerly hope I do not have this experience the next time we bring our vehicle for service. Thank you.

First off my truck runs on full synthetic and they decided to put regular oil in there thanks for that..? And also your finance guy RUBEN LIED to me when he sold me the truck sold me a package for 2-3k more and told me to my face that it included oil changes and it does pretty **** pissed about that
