I asked about rim that is covered under wheel dent and ding. And got no response. Asked about a quote for parts to fix my car no response. Guess it was ok just can't schedule a service on the application. And its always a week later for service appointments to be completed. So I guess I will started scheduling them 1k before they are due.

I wasn’t able to pick up my vehicle before service closed so i payed for my service online andI was informed my keys would be left with the sales team. Once I arrived I located my vehicle and I opened the door. I found plastic on the seats, a magnet on the window trim, papers on the floor, and a service tag in the review mirror. Which I had to remove my self. Also the mileage wasn’t reset so it still says my service is due. I’m unsure if my oil change was even done. I tried calling but got a third party for the service department. I haven’t made it in yet due to my work schedule but hoping someone calls me back regarding my vehicle.
