Very impressed how I was treated in the service department today. Earlier this morning I stopped by to see if by chance I could get my 12,000 service on my Seltos. James quickly looked up availabilities. Here is where James professionalism kicked in and what impressed me tremendously! He said can you bring your vehicle back in at 430? I said that would be perfect, he ok see you then. I was like do you need my name or type of vehicle? James replied no see you at 430 415 would be better! I left there thinking this guy remembers me from my first time I went in... very impressive to feel like I was somebody and no need to remind him. With all the poor service being given now a days in all industries, this was outstanding! Did he call me by name? No, but he handled this particular customer superbly! I was so impressed so here I am sharing. Thanks James and crew! Well done!
