I made appointment two weeks ago. My appointment is 7:00 am I come at first and drop the car. About 12:00 pm I received message from you and ask me feel free to ask questions. Then I ask when I can pick up the car. No body answer. Until 4:00 pm I make call you tell me today busy haven’t check my vehicle yet. I need car next day so pick up the car at 5:00 pm. You guys tell me I need to reschedule and start over again. If you are customer what you think?

For some reason my appointment was not in your system but Dan was very accommodating and got me in. When I got home I found my confirmation for my appointment not that it matters. I’ll be back to continue having my KIA serviced at Crowley. It’s much more convenient for me
