When I picked up my car from service department I paid for the brake repair done to my vehicle , the service rep didn’t ask me if I had a coupon ($25.00 off brake service)and I forgot to present it at time of payment , so I called the following and spoke with Karen and she said there was nothing she could do because the invoice was closed , Karen showed no compassion and seemed cold and uncaring , with the price of gasoline and inflation $25.00 makes a difference these days , I feel like the coupon should be warranted and I should get this savings ….. thank you for your time

I had a nail in my tire that I asked to be fixed. When I picked my car up I asked if it had been and I was told yes. Today, my tire was low again so my husband checked my tire and the mail was still there. He removed it and patched my tire. Not the service team. I also asked for my bumper to be fixed and that couldn’t be done either. Now because of the tire situation I’ll be getting a second opinion on my bumper.
