It always takes more than one visit to fix my car. While I appreciate that one of the issues I brought up was addressed, I have to wait for a part and come back for another appointment to get my cruise control fixed. I was also surprised when both mechanics I spoke with were not sure how the windshield wipers on my car worked (I.e., they couldn’t explain how the selector switch on the stick worked). A certified pre owned car shouldn’t have this many electrical issues (e.g., cruise control, BSD system, wipers…).

Took almost two hours to complete routine oil change from appointment. Issue had to be resolved after tire rotation, break pad was not correct causing grinding when breaking. Previous visits have all taken much longer than planned.
