The only thing which is very important is leaving my car there for a few days and kia not having a loaner car. It was an obstacle to get to work without having a care. Kia needs to do better by this. It was an inconvenience.

I was very disappointed when they told me I had to wait three days for them to get in in and check it. I was traveling and had my 96 year old mother with me. We were lucky we had family to come get us. It would have only took a few moments to check and then order parts. I should have been out in 24 hrs. I know business is different now but still, have a heart for people trying to get home.

They had my car for three weeks so I had a loaner car. I had to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas that I picked it up in which is understandable and logically fair. But when I dropped my car off it had between a quarter and a half of a tank and I returned their vehicle with more gas than they gave it to me with but I got in my car and it said 2 miles to empty it was BELOW E. So I’m not satisfied with how it all needed at all. If I have to return their vehicle with the same amount of gas I should at least have close to the amount of gas I left my car with not just enough gas to make it to the gas station.
