No fault of Kevin, but I just can’t afford a 120 dollars for s simple oil change. I have to think twice before scheduling an appointment again at Kia.

Again Katie was absolutely amazing she help right away she kept me informed of the progress and she got me estimates for my next visit at Kia. When I came back the next day she was there like she told me she would be she got all my papers ready and she got me a ride to my job.
During the day she kept me update about my car situation and when I came back my car was ready for me and all my papers too, and what I love was that the price she told me was the price I payed, no extra charges...lol
Again very professional make me feel comfortable
and that she cares about her customers.
