I had my vehicle serviced for a warranty clock spring replacement. Upon picking up my vehicle i noticed the steering wheel was off to the right by 45 degrees. I attempted to take it back and was told it had nothing to do with the clock spring replacement and i had to pay a diagnostic fee. Furthermore I’ve attempted to make an appointment and this is the second time my appointment was not written down on your end
Making me show up just to be turned away. I had to take my vehicle to an out side repair to get the issue resolved. Thats when i came to find out the reason The steering wheel was so far off center was due to the incompetence of your repair technician. The steering wheel can go back on in multiple positions. So when the original repair was completed the technician failed to mark the original position of the steering wheel and threw everything back on and released the vehicle back to me in this unsafe condition. I am overall really disgusted with the repair and service. I will be contacting the service manager.

I paid for a wheel rotation but I didn’t get it. The left rear tire was replaced that doesn’t match the other three tires. After your service the same left rear tire was in the same place. I don’t think that’s the way you rotate tires? With this in mind, I was told I needed a wheel alignment. How do I know…you lied to me about the rotation, was the alignment a lie too? I’m disappointed…

I wish Kia had more mechanics as every time I go in for a simple air change, it takes about 2 hours. Don’t get me wrong, the service is good but the wait, even with appointment seems a bit too long.
