Very minor nitpick but I've noticed it the last few visits. Whoever does the inspection doesn't always return the headlight light switch to the same position I had it at. I always leave mine on Auto and sometimes I don't realize my headlights were actually switched off until the next time I drive at night. Thanks and keep up the great work

I was very pleased with the timeliness of the service. My car was finished early. The shuttle ride to and from my house was pleasant, and my car was cleaned. The air conditioner is running cooler now and the biggest thing I have noticed is that the car is riding smoother.

Don't call I work til 5 everyday. The lady checking me out wouldn't make me a copy that I asked for. She said "it's on the wall". The tech was fine. Also they put a HORRIBLE smelling air freshener in my car. I had to air my car out for several hours and also spraying Febreeze in my car. I will continue to service my car there though.

A#1 Brian and staff were excellent would say of all dealer service departments you are the best we have dealt with.He called and kept me updated with every step of the way,we had a complex problem with our 2021 Sorento hybrid to do with inverter coolant the problem was remedied!!! Anthony did not give good customer service. He was not thorough in the maintenance of my car & when I asked about a concern he was passive & did not properly solve the issue at hand. Immediately after leaving Kia of Bedford I took my car to another service company & my issue was immediately tended to & resolved.

My main concern was my hood release. There is no release lever on the inside of my car and I was told it was already fixed. And let me know that I called a week to 10 days after my oil change in February to find out how the oil change was done without a hood release. I was told to bring it in and made an appointment to do so, but was unable to hold the appointment. I brought it in today to be service and was told it would be $350 to fix it. If it was just September for the purpose of the vehicle by us, then when the vehicle was brought back to repair the plastic piece inside the door on the driver side, detect never put the hood release pull back. There was no way to replace that piece without taking the hood release button off. Also not understanding why is this 300 who put the release lever inside of a car. The whole cable should not need replaced. I felt as if I was rushed out of there when I was trying to figure out what was going on with the hood release. Then I get out to my vehicle and the plastic piece they took off to look at the cable was laying on my passenger side floorboard. The tech didn't even put it back in place and there is a plastic piece broke off. There is no way we could have broken a brand new hood release within 3 months of it being installed.
