I received notification that my car was ready for pick up and I prepaid prior to picking up my car which came to a total of $317.79. I saw on the mechanics video that my engine filter was dirty and opted to have a new one replaced for an additional $117 (estimate). I called Nathan to let him know that I would like my filter replaced. When I arrived, Nathan stated that he gave me a discount on my filters which was very much appreciated. At that point o gave him my credit card thinking he was going to charge me to have the filter replaced. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed that I was charged $385.80. I informed Nathan that I had already paid online. He was not aware of that, so I was charged twice. Mike Conelly was gracious enough to help refund my card. This was yesterday (11/20) and the money has not been put back in my card as of today(11/21). I understand that these mistakes can happen, but just wished it would have been noted that I already paid.

I took a day off so I could go drop my car off at 9 am since I had an appointment, got their they told they were gonna start working on it right away. And let me know what's gonna happen. I told the guy let me know because I have to go to work the next day and my kids have school, and my kids car seat is in the car too. 5pm. 6pm. Didnt hear anything all day. I called around 6.30 because they told me they close at 8 and i was told that the guy already left.
I told them what's going on in my car.Nobody called me or told me anything all day long.I needed for tomorrow. Anyways, it was too late. They couldn't help me. Next morning I miss work and my kids stay home. Called again and they tell the guy in charge is off today and they haven't even started working on my car yet. It is been just sitting their since yesterday. To remind you I took it in because I have an appointment 9 am. 1st one in line. Called couple of hours to check and I was told still no one worked on it yet. And they might not even get to it till next week. No apologies, no concerns of any kind. Just straight up whether I like it or not. This is when I decided to just pick up my car and leave. Worst service ever, worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional...i am surprised how this place is open. Very disappointed..
