I had an appointment that I scheduled 3 days in advance to have 4 tires installed, balanced, and aligned.
I dropped the car off at 11. I only got a text mid-afternoon that I hadn't been forgotten about. I had an appointment in the area, so I stopped in afterward to see how things were progressing. I found out that I had been bumped for something that I guess was more important. The car was finally ready after an additional 2-hour wait at 5:15.
Good thing I'm retired and didn't have more pressing calls on my time. There was no point in screaming at the employees in the service department, but I didn't appreciate the fact that my time was not valued.
This is not the usual experience I have with Matt Blatt Kia, so I'm hoping it was just an aberration.
