He met me at my car and was very courteous. I came in for a oil change and windshield wipers. James made sure I was comfortable in was the waiting area. When my car was finished I received a text. My car was finished early so James came out and explained what was done to my car then he personally went to wash it. After that he walked me to my car. James was very personable and I will look for him the next time I come in for service.

The first time I took the car in they said they replaced my transmission. Oh, but they didn’t. So, the second time I took it in for the transmission, it took six weeks to diagnose and fix the problem that was pretty obvious. Then, I pick up my car and I noticed when I got to work that wires were hanging for my fog lights. So I called/text Dan and he asked me to bring it back in the morning. This morning I bring it in at 9am and the look at the wires and told me it was not Kia’s fault and they wanted $185 to fix it. I declined because I knew it wasn’t that way when I brought it in! Then I look underneath my car and it’s missing the under engine cover! I know it was there before it went to service. I can tell you how I know when you call. This has been one long problem starting off with a lie about replacing my transmission the very first time I brought it in for service. I don’t trust the service people. I know they didn’t return the undercover and that allowed my wires to hang down and rub on the ground while I drove the car… please call me. I’ve never had problems like this before. EVER!

I am very disappointed with the service that I have, I have an issue with one of my car tires and I have to pay from my pocket for a new tire; first because since the buy of my car they don’t offer me the tires protection plan and secondly because when I pay for the new tire they put a tire on my car that looks like if it was and old tire and they tried to fix the situation to their convenient, when I asked for another new one. This is my second car with you and I don’t think I am going to get another one

They did not tighten my lug nuts. If drove home 30 miles on the parkway with a 1 year old baby in the car with 4 wheels not fastened. There were 10 lug nuts I could unscrew by hand. The car was making a helicopter noise the entire way home. The service manager I spoke to was very kind and gave me a refund. Very disappointed they put my 1 year old daughters life in danger.
