My service reps, including Michael Connelly, are knowledgeable, professional reps who know their job duties well. This is why I have been returning to Covina Valley KIA for almost 10 years.

My Optima was called in for a couple of recall updates. I’ve scheduled, so far 2 times for the fix and both times KIA was not able to complete. The recall items was out of stock both times. KIA should not have called me and scheduled the appointment if they do not have the required parts. I had to apply for vacation time and called a Uber because KIA did not provide “pickup” the 1 time I was there. The 2nd time was fine, I was drop home and picked up when the vehicle was ready.
I have yet to schedule my 3rd appointment for the missing recall upgrade. Not Oscar’s fault. He was very helpful and courteous.
