Torey was perfect. My dissatisfaction comes from sitting in the waiting area where the guy at the desk apparently is conducting some sort of side-hustle cigar business. He was on speakerphone in an extended conversation with a woman about some upcoming event where he would be selling cigars. The last time I was in some weeks ago it was the same thing. I don’t want to have to listen to this conversation, and I would think that he would have some work to do for the dealership during that time.
