First time visiting and much better service than Valley Kia in Fontana. Unfortunately ended up paying for a tire rotation, then needing new tires so it was waste to do that… still a great experience. Would love to come back for oil changes depending on prices compared to JiffyLube or Vavoline.

We had an appointment for oil change at 9am (we arrived at 9:05). We were told that it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. After one hour I saw the vehicle sitting outside in the parking lot and inquired if our vehicle was ready. We were told that it hadn’t even been started yet, and that Saturday’s are very busy and that they have us scheduled until 11am. It was not a good experience and made it clear that our time was not important to Kia of Bedford, and the benefit of making an appointment didn’t matter. The amount of time required should have been disclosed upon arrival. Also, my receipt of work done showed that I was actually blocked until 12pm.

Mike Connelly is by far the best Service Advisor. He possesses excellent communication skills and has never recommended any unnecessary repairs. As you know, there are those who talk negatively about taking their vehicle to the “Dealer” for service and repairs. Having people like Mike representing your dealership put trust back into minds of the customer. Recently I have had a motor replaced and a steering shaft. Please let you technicians also know, they are excellent. We have never had to return for any mechanical repairs. Well done Kia of Covina.
