Took nearly five hours to put 4 tires on. Shameful.

Vehicle was purchased in September and has a compressor that needs to be replaced. It took 3 hours to find that out and I was told they have no idea when the part will be in but they will call me. I was also told a had a nail in my tire and needed a new tire which was not true. It was a small screw which did not go into the tire.

We were on vacation when my check engine light came on. I called the service department and not only did they get my Kia in for repair they provided me with a shuffle ride back and forth from our hotel so I didn't miss any vacation time with my family. Dominique in the service department and Dennis our shuttle drive are first rate employees. They were extremely pleasant and professional and made a stressful situation go smoothly.
