My car was there for a recall. After having my car in your service department for 3.5 hours, I was told you didn’t have the part to do the recall. This Kia dealership is the worst run and worst managed! This is the third or fourth time this has happened to me for various recalls. There is no excuse! I am extremely dissatisfied!!! Someone with some common sense and business knowledge needs to takeover and manage the dealership and be accountable to customers. Shame on you Covina Kia!!!

Service seems to be going downhills. I have taken my Kia there since I bought it brand new. This was the worse experience I have ever had . Nothing was done and the lack of communication was none. I had to keep calling and then wait up to 45 min and then kept getting hung up on. I’m looking for somewhere else to take my car to from now on.

Matt Park was good at keeping me aware of the progress on my car. I got a call on August 4th that my car eas ready for pick-up. Sunday August 6th, I was going to church, the massage said to make an appointment with my Kai dealer. Ihave to cancel two doctors appointments. I am not happy with Kai right now.
