I was very unsatisfied with the service they kept my car for over a week and kept telling me they’d call me back with updates and wouldn’t call me back I had to pay for a rental for about a week because I was stuck without a car and needed to get to work. It cost me more money just to leave my car at the dealer for over a week and not to get serviced

Michael greeted me when I pulled into the service bay by name and asked if I needed a ride back to work or something udid I plan to wait. He said I would be ready to go in one hour and he kept that promise and adjusted my lights besides the oil change tire rotation in the stated time. Very pleased with with service appointment.

Rich, the mechanic was very informative, Eric, the shuttle driver was very friendly & Dominique was also very polite & friendly. I am concerned that the engine was burning oil & I am not totally confident that the compression cleaning will solve the problem.

Has it changed but I could only deal with one person which was Mike. He is awesome but doing to many things at one time!!! My car was ready a lot longer than what was said. I know this because my car was already parked somewhere else. Who ever is available should be able to help so people don’t have to wait for Mike in his many multiple things he is doing. Was not 100% happy yesterday.

It’s rare these days when a company goes out of their way to deliver a satisfying customer experience. So, I felt it appropriate to call her out.
I needed to have my wife’s 2022 EV6 routine 20,000-mile service performed. There were more updates needed than expected, so it was going to take longer than reasonable to sit and wait.
