1. Making an appointment here or at any Kia dealership was a hassle. What’s the point of the fantastic Kia warranty if it’s such a headache to get the car fixed?! 2. Our car was having issues hours after we drove it off the lot brand new. It took OVER A MONTH to get ahold of and schedule a service appointment. 3. What is the point of making an appointment if our car isn’t even looked at for an entire week?!? This makes zero sense to me. 4. A brand NEW, weeks old car should not have to be in the shop for OVER a week!!!! 5. This car was sold to us with issues, yet we had to pay over $600 out of pocket for the rental car because Kia doesn’t have enough loaners and Kia took over a week to fix the issues. We even paid for the extra warranty. Not our fault there aren’t enough loaner cars or staff to in the maintenance department. Shame on Kia for making us pay and wait for reimbursement to fix something that was your fault!!! Should absolutely be illegal. 6. Getting ahold of someone in the maintenance department to make an appointment and get updates was a nightmare. Horrible customer service. Dealing with this Kia dealership and the others we talked to trying to get our car fixed was a HORRIBLE experience!! What does it say about Kia automobiles of every dealership around us is so backed up with cars to be fixed they can’t even run decent maintenance departments? That so many Kias have issues it takes a week just to look at and diagnose a vehicle? Awful, just awful!

The service is overpriced and the complimentary car wash was a waste the car was filthy still and they placed the service sticker far over and left the glue from the previous all stuck to the window maybe my expectations were set too high and maybe they only to the outside of the car but they surely hyped it all up when buying the car. The cookies were the only good part of the driving tye 45 min just to get the service done.
