I was provided great customer service by Cameron Anthony. I explained to him that I wasn’t exactly knowledgeable about the carbon air filter but was previously told it needed to be replaced. He had the workers look at it to verify and turns out that I wasn’t due for that part to be replaced yet. He saved me $52 that I didn’t really have.

Shane did a follow-up cell letting me know what they did on my car and make sure that I wanted the new filter put in and what problems they found and then what they did to my car.
