Chris was lovely and friendly. I have had a problem with the voice control in my 2017 Soul being iPhone specific. He did everything he could think of to make it work for my Android... he found it to be apple specific.
I believe it is a big disservice to me, having had 3 Souls from your establishment. It is a feature I had come to love in my previous souls. When I first asked about it back when I bought this one, I was told there would be an update to the stereo making it Android friendly. Now I'm told it will never be Android compatible. I'm kind of frustrated about this. Is there a possible solution?

Service advisor Stacey does an excellent job. She demonstrates good knowledge although I don't know how much mechanic experience she has. She is smart enough to make a phone call to ensure the Customer is properly informed.

Stacey is great.3 out of the times Ive brought my car in,she was the on to help me.having kids in school and in sports I have very little time.she is always up front with me when I ask her how long will it be.and I have yet to be disappointed she has been right on time and this past time I was out of there 15 minutes early.and she has made sure the one time I was in a hurry I told her not to worry about the car wash she made sure that I had a voucher to bring it back to have it done.i understand there will be times when I will have no choice due to the shop being busy that it will take longer than it should,but I know she would tell me right away Mr Taylor it's gonna take awhile let's set you up for the shuttle.thats alright by me it's easier to plan when I know right away.and she always makes sure that I'm satisfied with the service and if not come back so she can make it right.shes awesome,and everyone else there is pretty cool to.thank you for making it easy for me.

Turned out the answer to my problem was so incredibly simple and it was the TechSmart of the Young service rep who solved it in about five minutes. It wasn’t a problem with the car it was a problem with the phone and of course I could not have known that because I’m 67 and not that tech savvy. Many thanks to him for getting it right in the end.
