The Kia team at this location is beyond great! Christopher went beyond our expectations by keeping us informed about the progress of our service. All so connect with us about our fur babies. He also went and double checked the shape of our air filter, as we were just through the California Fires near Redding Ca. He is a valuable asset to the great team

Waited 15 minutes when recognized me. Sent to a window without anyone there. After 10 more minutes Stacy noticed me waiting and asked to help me. Was told service should take an hour. After 80 minutes I spoke to the cashier and she said she'd call to check the status. No one came to tell me anything. After 2 plus hours the bill was brought to the cashier. Car still not ready add it was still in the 'car wash'. Another 8 minutes and finally see my car.
Overall, the service is declining. My last 3 visits have not been stellar. Kia offers a great warranty and service. If part of the components are missing customers wil start going elsewhere.
