I took my 2018 Kia Optima in on 9-26-2018 because there was white smoke coming from the vents. The manager at the service department said it was Oil on the valve and they got it taken care of. The day after I picked up my car ( 9-30-2018) I drive 40 min to work, Park my car, then proceeded to open my hood because I smelt the smoke once again. IMMEDIATELY once I opened my hood I see white smoke! This is going to be the 4th time within 4 months of me having the car that I’m going to have to return it to services. I don’t live 10-15 min away! I live AN HOUR AWAY! Past barstow! Not only was the problem not fixed the first time! But when I got my car back it was complete dirty on the trunk! I understand they were not doing washes due to the wind! But this dirt could have been easily wiped down because that’s what I did when I got it back! I wiped it down in 5sec with a wash cloth! If I would have know what crappy service I was going to get when I got this car...I would have NEVER purchased this car! I am so tempted to return it and go to Honda! Very disappointed in KIA!!
