Andy went, in my opinion, above and beyond what he needed to do. I thought I had an issue with the accelerator and he went out of his way to drive my car to see if there was an issue. He even did it again after my oil change which for sure he didn’t have to do. Andy totally rocks!!!

I was called in advance to pick up my vehicle. When I arrive, after waiting in line for 20 minutes to check out which was no fault of the representative. However, I was not pleased that my car was brought back to me dirty after I drop my car off at 6:30 AM that day . The young man was instructed by another colleague to wash my car but I did not have time for him to do that at that point. I was very happy with the service that Anthony provided an explanation for my car problem. Yes I would recommend Kia and I’ll still continue to have my car service there.
