I have purchased 2 Optimas from your dealership. The quality of service has decreased since Dane has left. I am not able to get my car serviced unless I schedule out 6weeks in advance. My job doesn’t allow for that, but he was able to make it happen and that benefits Allstar and myself. My husband held to speak to the service department yesterday for over 14 minutes. That is unacceptable. I have been forced to take both vehicles elsewhere for service. Such a change at this dealership- it seems that you cannot service your return customers properly.

Appointment means nothing. I was quoted one hour to 1.5 hours for a 20 min service. After 90 mins when I inquired if it was done. I was told it would be another 20 mins, meaning "we just started your oil change now that you have complained". I was offered a free oil change on a future visit but why would I go thru the same crap again. Oil changes should never take 2 hours ever.
