Given the road conditions where I was coming from (Bainbridge Island), I am really surprised Kia put profit over customer safety. In order to avoid additional rental charges, I was forced to drive in extreme weather conditions. I was told, once I got to Kia (in Bremerton), that of 26 scheduled service appointments only one person made it in. That right there should have been enough for Kia to encourage me to stay home rather than risking the trip, but as a single mom on a tight budget, money matters and an addional rental charge would have been felt. You lost a customer yesterday, Kia, and maybe more pontential customers, as everyone who hears the story is shocked and angered as well.

It was a great experience. This is my second time to have my vehicle serviced at Valley Hi Kia and like the first one, it was William who took care of me and my vehicle. I am very satisfied, everything was checked, the current recall issue was taken care of and I was notified about a problem with the axle which will be addressed as soon as the part arrives. William made sure he did everything in order to find out about the extended warranty coverage of my vehicle since it was under my husband's name (who has a different last name from me).He made sure that the axle problem would be covered under the extended warranty. He did not forget to ask me if I needed
a ride and if I wanted some refreshments. Overall, job well done! Keep up the good work.
