I had a really bad sales experience at west hills Kia and bought from chuck Olsen instead. prior to scheduling my first service appointment, I intended to try west hills Kia service just once because it’s the only Kia dealer on the peninsula.
Matt Wright was actually the service person I worked with (that’s who’s card I ended up with). Due to the excellent customer service he provided, I will come back.
